Description

The VIEGA Smartpress elbow (model 6716, article 729844) makes a 90° turn in a 16 mm Smartpress composite pipe run, with a press connection on both ends.

It’s made from stainless steel (1.4401/316) and presses without an O-ring, so no calibrating or expanding of the pipe end is needed. It carries SC-Contur, so an unpressed joint shows up as a visible leak once the system is filled for testing, and holds Kiwa certification for drinking water use.

It’s a standard way to change direction on a 16 mm Smartpress potable water or heating run.
