Description

The VIEGA Sanpress Inox connection union (model 2363, article 437589) joins a 15 mm stainless steel press connection to a G3/4 flat-sealing thread through a union nut, so the joint can be taken apart again without disturbing the pressed side.

The press end uses SC-Contur and an EPDM sealing element, in line with the rest of the Sanpress Inox range, while the threaded end uses a flat gasket under the union nut for the seal. The union nut itself is made of nickel-plated brass. This combination is a practical way to connect stainless steel pipework to a fixture or appliance that may need to be disconnected for maintenance.

It’s rated to a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C, suiting both heating and potable-water pipework.
