Description

The VIEGA Smartpress tee (model 6718, article 729943) branches a 20 mm run into a second 20 mm outlet, with a press connection on all three ports for Viega Smartpress multilayer composite pipe.

It’s made from stainless steel with a PPSU support body inside each press connection, which keeps the joint round and leak-tight during crimping. It presses without an O-ring, so no calibrating or expanding of the pipe end is needed, and it carries SC-Contur so an unpressed joint shows up as a visible leak once the system is filled for testing.

At 20 mm it’s also suitable for gas installations, in addition to potable water and heating.
