Description

The VIEGA Sanpress Inox connection union (model 2363, article 437633) joins a 28 mm stainless steel press connection to a G1 (1″) flat-sealing thread through a nickel-plated brass union nut, so the joint can be taken apart again without disturbing the pressed side.

The press end uses SC-Contur and an EPDM sealing element, in line with the rest of the Sanpress Inox range, while the threaded end uses a flat EPDM gasket under the union nut for the seal. This combination is a practical way to connect stainless steel pipework to a fixture, appliance or another threaded system that may need to be disconnected for maintenance.

As with other Sanpress Inox fittings, it’s rated for potable water, heating and a range of industrial and utility applications, not only domestic plumbing.
