Description

The VIEGA Sanpress Inox reducing tee (model 2318, article 435950) keeps a 28 mm through-run on both main ports while branching off a smaller 15 mm outlet, all three connections made as press joints in grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel with EPDM sealing elements.

It’s KIWA and DVGW certified for drinking-water use and carries Viega’s SC-Contur, so an unpressed port shows up as a visible leak as soon as the pipework is filled for its initial pressure test rather than staying hidden.

Rated to a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and a working pressure of up to 16 bar, it’s suited to both potable-water and heating distribution lines where a smaller branch needs to come off a 28 mm main.
